Development

On November 1, 1979, Manfred Krajewski founded the company “Manfred Krajewski Zerstörungsfreie Materialprüfung” as a sole trader in Wathlingen, Germany. Already in 1980 he hired the first employee. In 1981 he hired two more employees, who are still with us today. In 1995, the number of 10 employees was achieved.

Up to 1987, we were only operating on the sites and drilling rigs of our customers. This changed with renting our own premises in Berkhöpen near Peine. In 1996, the building of a hall for administration and warehouse took place in Wathlingen, Sägemühlenstrasse 9. When this site became too small, the idea rose to create something of our own. In 2005, the building of company premises in Nienhagen, near Celle, started. Since then there have always been expansions and new creations there.

On January 1, 2008, the sole proprietorship was converted into a GmbH ( company with limited liabilities ). Gudrun and Melanie Krajewski became the managing directors. Melanie Krajewski has continuously been working in the company with one parental leave since 1993.
